Matthew G. Williams is an experienced litigator, representing small businesses and individuals throughout Northern Virginia. Mr. Williams excels at helping small business clients in all their needs, from formation to contract drafting, litigation, debt collection, landlord/tenant representation, regulatory compliance, buy/sell agreements, and everything in between. Mr. Williams practices bankruptcy, both for individuals and for businesses. Mr. Williams also practices family law, representing clients in divorces, adult guardianships, and adoptions. Mr. Williams has written numerous successful appellate briefs, and handles appeals to the Fourth Circuit, the Virginia Court of Appeals, and the Virginia Supreme Court. Mr. Williams also has experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury actions.
